![]() I put IFTTT to get a notification but that's not really good as I get the notification on both phone for either texts on my personal phone and on the work phone.įirst : anyone knows why I cannot get notifications when the app is already open? I already checked settings from the app and nothing seems to fix it. In fact, if the app (mirror) remains open on the phone (event on background), I don't get notifications so I don't know if I get a text until I check the app myself. I've been using mysms + mysms mirror with the paid function but since I get the new Galaxy S8 as phone from work, it doesn't works well. I don't want to forward them but to be able to check them, respond, get notifications. you need to either add a Business package to your number or have Premium. I'd like to get my sms/text mirrored from my personal phone to my work phone. We have flat sms prices for sms gateway to send sms to Nairobi at low cost in. Maybe MySMS will eventually resolve the issue I was having with them the past 45 days.I'm using 2 phones right now (mine with my phone number that I want to left home and the other one from work that I want to keep with me). Rate limiting action sets define a maximum bandwidth that can be used by traffic that matches. Unfortunately, I do a lot of text messaging from my computer so I need a program like this so I guess I'll just swallow the bitter pill and keep my eyes open for a more reasonable app. Premium 9. So many apps out there do so much more and it just leaves me bitter to fork over that much for something so simple. So that leaves MightyText which does the trick, but it's a friggin' whopping $90 if you sign up yearly! And the mobile app doesn't even include text messaging in of itself! All it does is sync your phone number to a web browser (or app). I've tried PushBullet, PulseSMS, and Join and those weren't very good at all. But unfortunately, MySMS has been giving me problems lately and I can't use it anymore. In fact, in my opinion they should be higher priced, like $20-$25 a year. MySMS worked great, especially at only $10 per year. At least when it comes to strictly texting from a web browser on your computer. Unfortunately, MySMS and MightyText are the only two players out there. ![]()
